1. Booking & Slot Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the date, preferred time slot, and setup package have been agreed upon via our website or official WhatsApp channel. A nominal token advance may be requested during peak celebration seasons (e.g. New Year, Valentine's Week, Diwali).

2. Wall Paint & Property Safety Guarantee

Vishal Arts Event Decoratorsdecorators exclusively use surface-friendly removable masking tape and balloon dots. However, customers are advised to notify decorators if walls have delicate wallpaper, fresh emulsion paint (<3 weeks old), or dampness.

3. Rental Props & Return

Backdrop frames, neon script signs, metal arches, LED number lights, and floral urlis are rental props provided for the event duration. Decorators or our pickup team will collect the rental props the following morning or at an agreed pickup time.

4. Setup Access & Electricity

Customers must ensure safe access to the venue (home, banquet hall, terrace, or hotel room) and supply a functioning power outlet for air blowers, neon lights, and string fairy lights.
